Each year at our Annual Meeting, we share a video focused on different facets of cooperative social responsibility at Basin Electric and in our membership.

Social responsibility means we work for our members; we stand for democracy, education, and cooperation among cooperatives. We fill the needs we see in our communities.

We are sharing pieces of the cooperative social responsibility video here over the next couple of months. This segment focuses on education.

The Boys and Girls Club of Campbell County in Gillette, Wyoming, gathered sponsorships from organizations in the community to renovate their building. Employees at Basin Electric’s Dry Fork Station chose to sponsor the Teen Room. Watch the video to learn why.
