The solar eclipse through Basin Electric’s eyes

The 2017 solar eclipse is now just a memory, and the thousands of people who traveled near and far donning their cardboard glasses to catch a glimpse of this historic event have now returned to their normal lives.

Employees of Basin Electric and its facilities were no exception, and thanks to the magic of modern photography, we were able to capture the eclipse in its various stages.

We hope you enjoy its beauty in this time-lapse photo and seeing what our Antelope Valley Station, located near Beulah, ND, looked like during the event in this short time-lapse video.
