Dry Fork Station employee’s secret family recipe wins Chili Cook-Off

Dry Fork Employees

Dry Fork Station employees dig in Oct. 15, during the fourth annual Chili Cook-Off.

Seven contestants put their best ingredients forward for Dry Fork Station’s fourth annual Chili Cook-Off Oct. 15, but there could only be one champion – Eric Williams, Dry Fork Station warehouseperson.

If there’s one thing the employees learned about Williams during the event, it’s that he has one heck of a family recipe – but it’s a secret. As a prize, Williams received a gift card. It was his first time entering the contest.

Brian Bartow, Dry Fork Station lead station operator, and Sean Prelle, Dry Fork Station mechanical technician I, tied for second place. Bartow won the contest the first year it was held. Third place went to Rhonda Chapman, Dry Fork Station accounting analyst II.

Each employee had a chance to vote on their favorite red or green chili.
