Drafting a strong future for your cooperative? There’s a committee for that.

Basin Electric’s member-elected Resolutions Committee is one of the sharpest tools in the cooperative’s belt.

The group convenes annually to reexamine the direction of Basin Electric. It’s a collaboration of great minds that tend to the cooperative’s living resolutions document, year by year, page by page.

But the true power lies with Basin Electric’s member-owners, who ultimately approve suggested revisions to the document. The membership voted on this year’s resolutions during Basin Electric’s 2014 annual meeting.
