Todd Snedeker, Basin Electric wind technician at Crow Lake Wind in South Dakota, caught this photo June 4 when he got to work at 6:30 a.m.
He says if he’d have to guess, the sunrises at the wind project are this pretty about 75 percent of the time. It had rained the day before and it was a foggy morning.
“The sunrises here are the best in the world,” Snedeker says. “This is God’s country, in my mind.”
