What is your advice for other employees looking to improve their overall health and wellness?
Sometimes it’s hard to get to a workout facility or just to find time but there are a lot of little things you can do, such as parking your vehicle at the further spot from the building, take the steps, and walking on the path if you take a break. You could also stay motivated by finding a partner to workout together with. When you begin, all you have to do is start small and you’ll be amazed how good you’ll begin to feel.
