Several carbon capture and storage research projects hosted at the Wyoming Integrated Test Center at Basin Electric’s Dry Fork Station have recently earned funding, including Membrane Technology and Research carbon capture, sorbent-based post-combustion capture system, and algae-based carbon technology.
The Wild Springs Solar Project began commercial operation!
The Wild Springs Solar Project, a 128-megawatt project in Pennington County, South Dakota, began commercial operation on March 28. Basin Electric will purchase 114 megawatts of the output.
