  1. Alexander , ND rancher Art Link was listener . As govenor built others up and lead by consensus .
    He and the ND Senate Republican leader, banker Robert Stroup of Hazen cooperated to enact laws to assure that coal mined lands were restored to 100% of premined productivity.
