More and more companies are going to challenge coins to recognize their employees. The key thing that the article pointed out was that coins reward people immediately and in front of their peers.

Basin Electric is a hero for the way the treat their guard and reserve veterans. The North Dakota National Guard is one of the finest organizations in the country.

I have had the good fortune to make challenge coins for many years and never forget that they are more than just tokens. They are important awards that recognize great people like Andy Serri and patriotic organizations like Basin Electric. It is an honor to go to work some days.
