Heitkamp features Synfuels Plant in campaign ad

Heidi Heitkamp has been a director on the Dakota Gasification Company board for more than 10 years. On March 17, she was endorsed by the North Dakota Democratic-NPL Party for the U.S. Senate. She is running against U.S. Rep. Rick Berg, who currently serves in the U.S. House.

Great Plains Synfuels Plant

Over the weekend, Heitkamp’s campaign began running an ad very close to Basin Electric’s heart. She showcases the Great Plains Synfuels Plant near Beulah, ND. The Synfuels Plant is owned and operated by Dakota Gasification Company, a Basin Electric subsidiary.
