Angela Scott is the great-granddaughter of Oscar Torstenson, an incorporator of Basin Electric from Minnesota Valley Cooperative Light and Power Association.
She found the incorporator feature and Basin Electric’s 50th anniversary plans on the Internet and she and her husband decided to come to the celebration. Watch her talk about the experience.
Scott has shared several photos from Oscar’s rural electric collection with Basin Electric.
