But it’s not art. It’s a train wreck.
It’s the slide Lyle Witham used to open his Dec. 2 presentation to the North Dakota Rural Electric Cooperative Attorneys Association at the North Dakota Association of Rural Electric Cooperatives in Mandan, ND.
Known around the co-op family as the “train wreck slide,” the jumble of lines, dates and rules illustrates the sheer volume of regulations proposed by the Environmental Protection Agency.
