Two important documents to start construction

The last permit pending for construction of the Culbertson Generation Station was issued June 24.
The permit comes from the Rural Utilities Service (RUS). It’s called a FONSI—finding of no significant impact—and addresses any environmental impacts that may be caused from construction and operation of the station.
